Privacy Policy
1. What IPTV America Collects
IPTV America keeps its forms short on purpose. When you order a plan or request a 24-hour free trial, we ask for your name, your email address, and the WhatsApp number you'd like activation messages sent to. That's the core of it. Our servers also log basic device information — browser type, rough device category, and which pages on this site you visited — which helps us spot broken pages and block abuse. We don't ask for your street address, your date of birth, or anything else we have no genuine use for.
2. How We Use Your Information
Everything IPTV America collects exists to do three jobs. First, activation: your email and WhatsApp number are how we deliver login credentials and confirm your line is live. Second, support: when you write in about a frozen stream or a billing hiccup, your order details let us fix it without twenty questions back and forth. Third, service emails — renewal reminders, downtime notices, and replies to messages you've sent us. If a use doesn't fit one of those three jobs, we simply don't do it.
3. What We Never Do With Your Data
Short section, firm rule: IPTV America does not sell your data, and we don't rent, trade, or swap it either. No broker gets a list, no advertiser gets a profile, no "partner" gets a feed of email addresses. Your details exist so your subscription works — that's the whole arrangement. This isn't a stance we plan to quietly revise someday, either. If it ever changed, this page would say so plainly and the date at the top would tell you when.
4. Cookies & Analytics
IPTV America runs a deliberately light setup here. We don't load third-party advertising trackers, and there's no pixel army following you around the internet after you leave. The site uses session storage to remember which page brought you to checkout — order attribution, in plain terms — and that record lives in your own browser until the session ends. Any analytics we review are aggregate: which pages load slowly, which get read, which get abandoned. Block cookies entirely in your browser settings and every page here still works.
5. Third Parties & Payment Processors
A payment can't process itself, so when you pay, an independent payment processor handles the transaction. That processor sees what's required to complete a charge — and nothing about what you watch on IPTV America, ever. Your channel history and viewing habits stay out of every third party's hands. We don't pass your details to marketing platforms, data brokers, or analytics resellers. The small set of tools that keep this site running, like hosting and email delivery, touch your data only as far as their specific job strictly requires.
6. Retention & Deletion
IPTV America holds your order details while your subscription is active, plus a short tail afterwards so billing disputes and refund requests can still be sorted out. Beyond that, records get deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you. Want out sooner? Email help@catchontv1.email from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We'll remove your information from active systems — usually within 30 days — and confirm once it's done. The only exception is whatever a payment record must legally retain.
7. Age Requirements
IPTV America is a paid television service written for adults, priced for adults, and sold only to adults — you need to be at least 18 to order a plan or start a trial. Nothing on this site is built to appeal to kids, and we have zero interest in holding a minor's details on file. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted a form here, tell us through the contact page and we'll erase that record promptly, no proof-gathering ordeal required.
8. Changes & Contact
When IPTV America updates this policy, the "last reviewed" date at the top changes, and any shift that actually affects you — a new tool, a new category of data — gets called out rather than buried in reworded paragraphs. Checking back occasionally is smart; memorizing this page isn't. It works alongside our terms of service, which covers the commercial side of your plan. Questions about anything written here? Use the contact page or write to help@catchontv1.email and a human will answer.
